摘要
目的探讨分析在对肝癌进行治疗时使用吉西他滨热化疗的效果以及对血清MGMT水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的102例肝癌患者的临床资料,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组61例。研究组采用吉西他滨热化疗,对照组使用常规化疗,比较两组治疗效果,生存率、复发率、转移率、不良反应、生存质量以及血清MGMT水平。结果研究组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率、转移率、不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05),生存率、生存质量高于对照组(P<0.05),血清MGMT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对肝癌进行治疗时使用吉西他滨热化疗,可以降低复发率、转移率以及血清MGMT水平,且不会增加不良反应,能提高治疗效果、生存率和生存质量,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of gemcitabine thermochemotherapy and the effect on serum MGMT levels in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods The clinical data of 102 liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into research group and control group,with 61 cases in each group.Gemcitabine thermochemotherapy was used in the study group and conventional chemotherapy was used in the control group.The treatment effects,survival rate,recurrence rate,metastasis rate,adverse reactions,quality of life,and serum MGMT levels of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate,metastasis rate,adverse reactions were lower than the control group(P<0.05),the survival rate and the quality of life were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The serum MGMT level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05,).Conclusion The use of gemcitabine thermochemotherapy in the treatment of liver cancer can reduce the recurrence rate,metastasis rate,and serum MGMT levels without increasing adverse reactions.It can improve the therapeutic effect,patient survival rate and quality of life,and has clinical value.
