摘要
目的探讨淫羊藿含药血清体外抗肿瘤作用及其主要的入血成分,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法按照中药血清药理学方法,大鼠灌胃7 d后制备空白血清和淫羊藿含药血清,观察不同浓度的淫羊藿含药血清处理后的人前列腺癌(PC-3)细胞增殖情况及细胞形态变化;采用高效液相法检测淫羊藿含药血清的主要化学成分。结果经淫羊藿含药血清处理12~48 h后,与空白血清组比较,PC-3细胞的增殖明显受到抑制,细胞形态也发生了变化,尤以36 h作用比较显著;HPLC检测到淫羊藿含药血清中含有淫羊藿苷。结论淫羊藿含药血清在体外能明显抑制PC-3细胞的增殖,淫羊藿苷是其入血成分之一。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Epimedii Folium medicated serum in vitro and its blood-entry components,and to provide experimental basis for clinical use.Methods According to the serum pharmacological method of traditional Chinese medicine,rats were given orally for 7 days to prepare blank serum and Epimedii Folium medicated serum,and human prostate cancer PC-3 cells were used to observe the cell proliferation and morphological changes after treatment with different concentrations of epimedium-containing serum.The main chemical constituents of Epimedii Folium medicated serum were further detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Results Compared with the blank serum group,the proliferation of PC-3 cells was significantly inhibited and the cell morphology was also changed in Epimedii Folium medicated serum group,especially in 36 hours.Icariin was detected in Epimedii Folium medicated serum by HPLC.Conclusion Epimedii Folium medicated serum can significantly inhibit the proliferation of PC-3 cells in vitro,and icariin is one of its blood-entry components.
