摘要
2015—2019年这五年时间,是国家牢固树立和贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念,以提高发展质量和效益为中心,以供给侧结构性改革为主线,扩大有效供给,满足有效需求,加快形成引领经济发展新常态体制机制和发展方式的五年,也是我国酿酒行业经历市场竞争历炼,结构调整阵痛,市场需求变革的关键五年。行业在克服困难中得到长足的发展和进步,消费市场呈现多样化,经济结构迈向中高端,产业布局日益合理化,社会声誉和形象逐步正面化。本报告从五年间我国酿酒行业的经济指标、各子行业运行情况着手分析了我国酿酒产业的运行现状。
From 2015 to 2019, China has firmly implemented the development ideas of innovation, coordination, environmental protection, openness and sharing, with the focus on improving the quality and efficiency of development, and the supply-side structural reform as the main task. The effective supply has been expanded, the effective demand has been met, and the new normal for economic development has been formed. 2015 to 2019 are also the key years for China’s alcoholic drinks industry, and have witnessed increased market competition, structural adjustment and market demand transformation. The industry has made great progress by overcoming the difficulties: the consumer market has become diversified, the economic structure has been upgraded, the industrial layout has become reasonable, and the social reputation has gradually become positive. This report analyzes the status of China’s alcoholic drinks industry in the five years from the aspects of economic indicators and the operation status of each sub-industry.
