摘要
针对叶轮零件三维工序几何模型手工逐步建模效率低、易出错等问题,提出了基于加工元体的叶轮零件三维工序几何模型快速生成方法。首先,通过分析叶轮零件的几何外形特点,设计了叶轮零件毛坯快速生成算法。其次,研究了叶轮零件制造特征的分类,并设计了相应的制造特征识别算法。然后,提出了基于制造特征的加工元体生成方法,通过将该道工序的加工元体集合与前驱工序几何模型进行布尔减运算的方式快速生成叶轮零件三维工序几何模型。最后,开发了叶轮工序几何模型生成系统,以航空机载设备的下叶轮零件为例验证了方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and error-prone in the manual modeling of impeller parts′three-dimensional process geometry model,a fast generation method of impeller parts′three-dimensional process geometry model based on the machining element volume was proposed.Firstly,by analyzing the geometrical features of the impeller parts,a fast generation algorithm for the impeller parts′blank was designed.Secondly,the classification of manufacturing features of impeller parts was studied,and the corresponding manufacturing feature recognition algorithm was designed.Then,a generation method of machining element volumes based on manufacturing features was proposed,and the impeller parts′three-dimensional process geometry model was generated fast by performing the Boolean difference operation on the precursor process geometry model with the machining element volumes set of the current process.Finally,the generation system of impeller process geometry model was developed,and the effectiveness of the method was verified by taking the lower impeller part of the airborne equipment as an example.
