摘要
针对机电产品主动再制造的时机选择精度不高的问题,提出一种时机决策优化方法,以弥补传统参数估计模型的精度不足。用可靠度来表征服役阶段的性能衰退特征,采用改进的平均秩次法对传统参数模型进行优化,利用优化后的模型参数进行可靠度分析,确定机电产品主动再制造时机。通过具体案例分析,并与传统模型对比,验证了新的优化模型在确定机电产品主动再制造时机的可行性。
Aiming at the problem that the timing of active remanufacturing of electromechanical products is not high,a timing decision optimization method is proposed to compensate for the lack of precision of the traditional parameter estimation model.Reliability is used to characterize the performance degradation characteristics of the service phase.The improved average rank method is used to optimize the traditional parameter model,and the optimized model parameters are used for reliability analysis to determine the active remanufacturing opportunities of electromechanical products.Through specific case analysis and comparison with traditional models,the feasibility of thenew optimization model in determining the timing of active remanufacturing of electromechanical products is verified.
