静力压桩机电源电缆破损分析及处理

摘要 针对静力压桩机移动作业,设备电源线移动频繁,电缆线不能埋地敷设,车辆、挖土机往来频繁,导致电缆线破损率高,易发生漏电和触电事故的情况,通过对施工现场状况及电缆线破损率高的原因分析,从加强现场管理和技术处理方面提出预防处理措施;根据施工现场特殊状况对电缆破损提出相应的绝缘修复处理方法。 In view of high cable breakage rate,electric leakage and electric shock accidents caused by mobile operations of the static pile driver,frequent movement of the equipment cable,cases where cables cannot be laid underground,and frequent movement of vehicles and excavators,preventive measures are proposed in terms of strengthening of field management and technical treatment and based on analysis of construction site conditions and reasons for high cable breakage rate.Corresponding insulation repair methods for cable breakage are put forward according to the special conditions on the construction site.
