摘要
研究长期多代镉暴露对大型溞(Daphnia magna)生活史特征和新污染物耐性的影响.将大型溞(Daphnia magna)暴露于两个浓度镉(低浓度,0.5μg/L;高浓度,2.0μg/L),10代后进行生活史试验,评价不同浓度镉对大型溞生活史的影响;10代暴露后,在对照下培养1代进行更高温度(30℃)镉暴露(6.0μg/L).结果显示:与对照比,总体上种群镉暴露后繁殖率降低;高镉长期暴露后对新压力的耐性低于对照但高于低镉暴露(0.5μg/L).
To study the effects of multi-generation Cd exposure on life history traits and stressor responses of Daphnia magna.After continuously exposing Daphnia magna to cadmium(0.5μg/L Cd,low and 2.0μg/L Cd,high)for 10 generations,we assessed life history traits and conducted a challenge at higher temperature(30℃)and cadmium concentrations(6.0μg/L Cd).Overall,organisms exposing to cadmium showed an overall decrease in reproductive output compared to controls,but higher than that of low cadmium(0.5μg/L).
