摘要
双馈风力发电机组并网时转子与电网频率解耦,导致其无法响应电力系统频率的波动。风力发电机受到尾流效应的影响,同一风电场内的风力发电机运行状态不尽相同。因此,在考虑尾流效应的基础上,采用转速与变桨距协同频率控制策略,通过控制双馈风力发电机转子转速和桨距角,使其保留一定的有功功率参与电力系统调频。
When double-fed wind power Generator(DFIG)is connected into the grid,the frequency of the rotor will be decoupled from it of the power grid,and it will result in its inability to respond to the frequency fluctuation of power system in the same way as the conventional synchronous generator.With the influence by the wake effect,the running states of the wind generators are different in the same wind farm.On the basis of considering the wake effect,this paper adopts the coordinated frequency control strategy of rotating speed and varying pitch to reserve some active power for wind generators to participate in the frequency modulation of power system by controlling the rotor speed and pitch angle of doubly-fed wind turbine.
