摘要
目的:观察经椎间孔椎体间融合术(TLIF)联合补阳还五汤治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院住院治疗的80例退行性腰椎滑脱症患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用TLIF手术治疗;治疗组采用TLIF手术联合补阳还五汤治疗。7天为1个疗程,共需8个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前、后的VAS疼痛评分、腰椎的ODI功能评分、滑脱角及Taillard指数,并进行对比分析。结果:与术前相比,两组患者手术后和随访测量的滑脱角、Taillard指数以及VAS评分、ODI功能评分均有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组患者术后滑脱角与Taillard指数的组间比较无明显差异(P﹥0.05);术后同期治疗组的VAS评分及ODI功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:TLIF手术联合补阳还五汤治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症,可以明显减轻患者疼痛,尽早恢复患者的腰椎功能,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(TLIF)and Buyang Huanwu decoction on degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:80 cases of selected patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by TLIF,while the treatment group was treated by TLIF combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction.7 days as a course of treatment,and a total of 8 courses of treatment.VAS pain score,ODI function score of lumbar spine,slip angle and Taillard index were compared between two groups before and after treatment,and comparatively analyzed.Results:Compared with pre-operation,slip angle,Taillard index,VAS score and ODI function score of patients in both groups were significantly improved after operation and during the follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Compared slip angle and Taillard index of postoperative patients between two group,there was no obvious difference(P﹥0.05).During the same period of post-operation,VAS score and ODI function score of treatment group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conlusion:In the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,TLIF combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can significantly reduce the pain symptom of patients,improve the lumbar spine function of patients,and enhance the life-quality of patients.
