摘要
雷公藤作为一种正在研究中的具有重要医疗价值和营养价值的中草药已被世人所熟识,因此引起国内外科研人员对雷公藤药理作用极大的科研兴趣。随着国内外科研人员不断引入更为科学有效的研究方法对雷公藤的研究课题进行细化,使其具有的医疗和营养价值逐渐被发现,这也使得雷公藤在医药、保健品、食品等相关行业的应用在不断地更替和创新。雷公藤不仅具有抗炎抗菌、抗肿瘤的药理学作用,还包括抑制免疫、抵抗生育等多种生理作用。因此,根据雷公藤这些显著的药理作用可广泛用于类风湿关节炎、肾小球肾炎、红斑狼疮等疾病患者的治疗中。对现有文献材料进行整理集中汇总,并从雷公藤的生理作用、慢性肾炎的诊断、分型及疗效评定的发病原因和雷公藤对慢性肾炎的治疗作用等方面进行较为全面的综述,希望能为雷公藤对人体慢性肾炎等相关疾病的深入研究提供相对可靠参考价值。
Tripterygium wilfordii,as a kind of Chinese herbal medicine with important medical value and nutritional value,has been well known by the world,so it has aroused great scientific research interest of researchers at home and abroad on the pharmacological effect of Tripterygium wilfordii.With the continuous introduction of more scientific and effective research methods to refine the research subjects of Tripterygium wilfordii,its medical and nutritional value has gradually been found,which also make the applications of Tripterygium wilfordii in medicine,health products,food and related industries are constantly changing and innovating.Tripterygium wilfordii not only has the pharmacological effects of anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial and anti-tumor,but also has a variety of physiological functions,such as inhibiting immunity,resisting fertility and so on.Therefore,Tripterygium wilfordii can be widely used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,glomerulonephritis,lupus erythematosus and other diseases.In this paper,the existing literature materials were collected and summarized,and from the physiological function of Tripterygium wilfordii,the diagnosis,classification and the pathogenesis of efficacy evaluation,and the therapeutic effect of Tripterygium wilfordii on chronic nephritis,we hope that this paper can provide reliable reference value for the in-depth study of human chronic nephritis and other related diseases.
