摘要
电石乙炔法PVC生产过程中,氯乙烯碱洗塔循环碱液中氯化钠和碳酸钠含量达到一定值时,须及时将循环废碱液排至污水装置进行处理。为降低碱洗过程的运行成本及污水处理成本,减轻污水处理压力,研究开发废碱液收集、蒸发浓缩、结晶分离、过滤处理、浓碱液回用等工艺处理装置,实现废碱液的循环利用,减排增效。
During the process of PVC production by calcium carbide method,as soon as the presence of sodium chloride(NaCl)and sodium carbonate(Na2CO3)in the alkaline solution circulating through the VCM washing tower reach a certain amount,the alkaline liquid needs to be discharged of and treated in the sewage plant which influences the overall cost management and environmental impact as well.Thus,studying the feasibility of renewing and reusing the alkaline solution is an effective approach to achieving waste utilization,emission reduction and benefit increases through the development of a series of processing units for liquid collection,evaporation condensation,crystallization and filtration separation etc.
