地铁TBM隧道施工对既有建筑物稳定性的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 由于近年来地铁建设的大力发展,地铁在城市内建设一定会下穿各种建筑物,为分析地铁隧道开挖对上部建筑的影响,文章以青岛地铁1号线为研究背景,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了模型后用FLAC3D软件模拟了开挖计算,分析讨论了独立基础楼房在隧道开挖不同深度情况下,对上部建筑物的影响。研究结果表明:(1)在双隧道先后开挖情况下,先开挖隧道部分楼层变形略小于后开挖部分;(2)建筑物变形以及受到的附加应力随隧道开挖深度增加减小,若开挖到地质较差土层受影响远大于开挖硬岩地层。(3)开挖隧道会对建筑物最底层柱产生较大影响,每增加一层受力会增加一倍。 Due to the rapid development of subway construction in recent years,the subway construction in the city will certainly go through all kinds of buildings.In order to analyze the influence of subway tunnel excavation on the superstructure,this paper takes Qingdao Metro Line 1 as the research background,with the finite element software ANSYS to establish the model,then uses FLAC3D software to simulate the excavation calculation,and analyzes and discusses the situation of independent foundation buildings in different depths of tunnel excavation In this case,the impact on the upper buildings.The results show that:(1)in the case of successive digging of double tunnels,the floor deformation of the first part of the tunnel digging is slightly less than that of the second part;(2)the building deformation and the additional stress are reduced with the increase of the depth of tunnel digging,if the excavation to the poor geological soil layer is far more affected than the excavation of hard rock layer;and(3)the digging of the tunnel will have a great impact on the bottom column of the building,and the stress of each additional layer will be doubled.
