摘要 在中国倡导新型城镇化和土地集约利用的大背景下,城市轨道交通进入高质量发展阶段,结合轨道交通进行"站城一体化"的开发愈发受到关注,是城市实现紧凑发展、空间品质和活力提升的有效方法。本文以上海龙阳路综合交通枢纽为例,把握轨道交通建设的机遇,践行"站城一体化"开发理念,就如何从发展定位、功能布局、空间整合、实施管控四方面提出设计思路,以其能够为城市综合交通枢纽区域发展及紧凑城市形态的构建提供一定参考。 According to the background of China’s advocacy of new urbanization and intensive land use,urban rail transit has entered an era of high-quality development.As such,the development of"station-city integration"around rail transit has attracted increased attention as an effective way to realize a combination of compact urban development,high spatial quality and enhanced efficiency.This article takes the Shanghai Longyang Road comprehensive transportation hub as an example of rail transit construction,implementing a"station-city integration"development concept,proposing design ideas on how to positioning development,functional structures,spatial interconnections,and implementation management.Together these present a consolidated project experience that can be looked at as a pilot project for the development of future comprehensive urban transportation hubs,as well as a model for compact urban development.
