摘要
目的比较锁骨远端锁定钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2017年12月符合纳入标准的98例NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,其中锁骨远端锁定钢板治疗33例(A组),锁骨钩钢板治疗65例(B组)。定期复查肩关节DR,比较两组术后愈合情况。以疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Constant-Murley评分(术后3、6个月)来评价患肩功能。结果A组术后并发症明显少于B组(均<0.05)。术后3个月,VAS评分和Constant-Murley评分A组优于B组(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论锁骨远端锁定钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折术后并发症较锁骨钩钢板少,功能恢复更佳。
Objective To analysis the efficacy of locking plate and clavicular hook plate in the treatment of Neer Ⅱ type distal clavicle fractures. Methods The data about 98 patients with Neer Ⅱ type distal clavicle fractures from January 2013 to December 2017 was retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into2 groups: 33 cases of locking plate group(group A) and 65 cases of clavicular hook plate group(group B). The shoulder joint X-ray was reviewed at the 3 rd and 6 th month after the operation to observe bone healing and internal fixator. The pain visual analogue scale(VAS) and the Constant-Murley score of two groups were used to evaluate the shoulder function in 3 rd and 6 th month after the operation were compared. Results Postoperative complications of group A were significantly less than those of group B(P<0.05). The pain VAS scores and Constant-Murley scores at 3 rd month after operation were better in group A than group B(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups at6 th month after operation(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with clavicular hook plate, distal clavicular locking plate has less postoperative complications and faster recovery in the treatment of Neer Ⅱ type distal clavicle fracture.
