摘要
新时代环境下,强化文物生态维护已成为加强我国文物保护、推进文物创造性转化和创新性发展、保障文物代际公平的内在要求。就现实意义而言,维护文物生态的关键在于通过文物生态代偿确保文物在经济社会发展及其保护利用过程中能够借由一定的预防、补救、强化方式保持相对平衡和可持续发展。实质上,与生理机体类似,文物生态是以文物为核心的"生态机体",应当包括文物代谢性、功能性和结构性代偿三种代偿方式。当前,正视我国文物生态失衡的现状,构建文物生态代偿制度,以理性的规则体系打造维护文物本体及其周边环境、彰显文物内在价值与功能、激活文物保护动力的坚实力量,是破解文物自然生态失衡、解决文物人文生态失衡和化解文物社会生态失衡的必由之路。
In the new era,it has become an inherent requirement to strengthen the protection of cultural relics,promote the creative transformation and development of cultural relics,and guarantee the intergenerational equity of cultural relics.In terms of practical significance,the key to maintaining the ecology of cultural relics is to ensure that cultural relics can maintain a relatively balanced and sustainable development in the process of economic and social development,protection and utilization through ecological compensation of cultural relics.In essence,similar to the physiological organism,the ecology of cultural relics is an"ecological organism"with cultural relics as the core,which should include three compensation methods,namely,metabolic,functional and structural compensation of cultural relics.At present,face up to the present situation of our ecological imbalance of cultural relics,build ecological compensation system of cultural relics,with rational rules system makes the maintenance of cultural relics of the ontology and the surrounding environment,reveals the intrinsic value and the function of cultural relics,activate the power of the protection of cultural relics is the only way to solve the natural ecological imbalance,the humanities ecological imbalances and the social ecological imbalance of cultural relics.
