摘要
《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》明确了社会力量参与公共图书馆的建设模式,规范了政府与社会力量各自的责任和义务。通过对政府派出机构、社会团体、商业机构及个人等四种常见社会力量进行研究,分析各类社会力量在参与公共图书馆建设及管理过程中存在的优势及不足,并提出相应对策及建议。
The Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China defines the social forces participate in the construction of public library,it also regulates the responsibilities and obligations both of the government and the social forces.By studying four common types of social forces,such as government agencies,social groups,commercial organizations and individuals,this article analyzes the strengths and weaknesses in the construction and management of public library,and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
