装配式钢-混组合梁纵向湿接缝设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 文中基于拉压杆模型对U形钢筋搭接湿接缝传力机理进行了分析并根据U形钢筋强度控制湿接缝强度的原则提出了钢筋搭接长度的设计建议,通过有限元仿真对比分析了U形钢筋搭接与通长直筋湿接缝模型,研究结果表明:单纯基于拉压杆模型确定的钢筋搭接长度偏小,U形钢筋搭接长度为2倍计算长度(即2l0)时,承载力与通长直筋湿接缝模型基本相同;增加U形钢筋搭接长度可提高抗弯承载力,但是增加到一定程度以后,湿接缝抗弯承载力趋于不变,与通长直筋湿接缝相同. Based on the tension-compression bar model,this paper analyzed the force transfer mechanism of U-shaped reinforcement overlapping wet joints,and put forward the design suggestion of reinforcement overlapping length according to the principle that U-shaped reinforcement strength controls wet joint strength.Through finite element simulation,the wet joint models of U-shaped reinforcement lap joint and straight reinforcement were compared and analyzed.The results show that the lap length of steel bars determined based solely on tension-compression bar model is too small.When the lap length of U-shaped reinforcement is twice the calculated length(i.e.,2l0),the bearing capacity is basically the same as that of the wet joint model of straight reinforcement.The flexural capacity can be improved by increasing the lap length of U-shaped steel bars,but when it is improved to a certain extent,the flexural capacity of wet joints tends to remain the same as that of wet joints with straight bars.
