摘要
纳米生物传感利用了新型纳米材料极佳的反应活性、催化效率、光谱效应、导电性、强度、韧性和超顺磁性等特有性质,因此具有灵敏度高、体积小、速度快、功耗小、多功能集成等诸多优势.近年来,纳米生物传感技术发展迅猛,应用广阔.本文归纳总结了纳米生物传感技术研究的历史和最新进展,为纳米生物传感技术的深入研究与应用提供了资料.
New nanomaterials used in nano-biosensing technologies are among the most interesting sensing materials owing to their unique size and shape-dependent optical properties,high surface energy,large surface-to-volume ratio,and tunable surface properties.Such materials exhibit excellent reactivity,spectral effects,catalytic efficiency,electrical conductivity,strength,toughness,and superparamagnetism.Consequently,nano-biosensing techniques have many advantages such as high sensitivity,small volume,high speed,low resource consumption,and integrated multi-functionality.In recent years,nano-biosensing technologies have been rapidly developed and widely applied.This paper summarizes the history and progress of nano-biosensing technologies,laying a foundation for further in-depth understanding of the research and applications of nano-biosensors.
