摘要
目的观察垂盆养肝汤预防胃癌患者化疗肝损害的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1~12月我院收治的胃癌患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组组40例和对照组38例。两组均予以XELOX方案化疗,对照组化疗期间不予以预防性保肝治疗,治疗组予以垂盆养肝汤治疗,比较两组化疗前后临床表现、血清肝功能指标、体能状态评分及治疗疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的60.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组胁痛、恶心呕吐、黄疸发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组ALT、AST、TBil、GGT均低于对照组[(35.48±8.56)U/L vs(71.03±15.97)U/L]、[(26.72±14.58)U/L vs(89.59±22.48)U/L]、[(31.26±22.64)μmol/L vs(49.81±28.53)μmol/L]、[(64.91±38.92)U/L vs(101.89±44.62)U/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组体能状态评分高于对照组[(87.86±11.81)分vs(72.7±7.78)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂盆调肝汤对胃癌患者化疗所致的肝损害具有较好的预防作用,能有效减少患者胁痛、恶心呕吐、黄疸发生几率,改善肝功能,提高体能状态评分。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qiupan nourishing the liver decoction in preventing liver damage caused by chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients with malignant tumors who needed chemotherapy in the oncology department of zhangjiagang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine on January 1,2019 and December 31,2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group of 40 patients and control group of 38 patients.The control group was given chemotherapy alone,and the treatment group was given nourishing the liver decoction combined with chemotherapy.The clinical manifestations,serum liver function indexes and physical condition scores of the two groups before and after chemotherapy were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,which was higher than 60.53%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of hypochondriac pain,nausea and vomiting,jaundice in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);ALT,AST,TBiL and GGT in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group[(35.48±8.56)U/L vs(71.03±15.97)U/L]、[(26.72±14.58)U/L vs(89.59±22.48)U/L]、[(31.26±22.64)μmol/L vs(49.81±28.53)μmol/L]、[(64.91±38.92)U/L vs(101.89±44.62)U/L],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the physical status score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[(87.86±11.81)points vs(72.7±7.78)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The qiupan nourishing can effectively reduce the incidence of side pain,nausea,vomiting and jaundice,effectively improve liver function and physical status score.
