单孔胸腔镜在肺大泡治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 肺大泡是临床上较为常见的局限性肺气肿,是一种慢性疾病,主要是由多种因素致使患者肺泡内压力升高,导致肺泡发生破裂,产生融合,使肺组织内产生一种含气囊腔,致使患者出现胸闷、气短等症状,严重者可发生发绀,影响患者的生命健康。目前临床上通常采用微创手术治疗,且随着医疗技术水平的不断进步,微创腔镜手术已逐渐从3孔、4孔发展到单孔,单孔胸腔镜能够有效降低对患者的损伤程度,治疗效果显著。本研究就肺大泡发生机制、诊断、体征及单孔胸腔镜在肺大泡治疗中应用作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。 Pulmonary bullae is a more common localized emphysema in clinical practice.It is a chronic disease.It is mainly caused by a variety of factors that increase the pressure in the patient’s alveoli,which leads to rupture of the alveoli,fusion,and a kind of in the lung tissue.The cavity containing air sacs causes the patient to have symptoms such as chest tightness and shortness of breath.In severe cases,cyanosis may occur,affecting the life and health of the patient.At present,minimally invasive surgery is usually used in clinical treatment.With the continuous advancement of medical technology,minimally invasive endoscopic surgery has gradually developed from 3-hole and 4-hole to single-port.Single-port thoracoscopy can effectively reduce the degree of damage to patients.The treatment effect is remarkable.This study reviews the mechanism,diagnosis,physical signs and application of single-port thoracoscopy in the treatment of pulmonary bullae,in order to provide references for clinical treatment.
