摘要
目的总结急性化脓性阑尾炎CT平扫特征及CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院经病理证实的150例急性化脓性阑尾炎CT图像,总结CT征象分布特征。结果本组150例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者中,149例阑尾直径增粗,75例管壁增厚,131例腔内积液,26例腔内积气,74例腔内有粪石或钙化,119例周围有渗出,135例在回盲部系膜发现了数量、大小不等的淋巴结。结论急性化脓性阑尾炎在CT平扫上有较为特征性的表现,CT对术前诊断有重要价值。
Objective To summarize the features of CT plain scan and the diagnostic value of CT in acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods The CT images of 150 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis confirmed by pathology in our hospital were analyzed retro spectively,and the distribution characteristics of CT signs were summarized.Results Among the 150 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis,the diameter of appendix was enlarged in 149 cases,wall thickening in 75 cases,intraluminal effusion in 131 cases,intraluminal gas in 26 cases,fecal stone or calcification in74 cases,periphery exudation in 119 cases.135 cases found lymph nodes of different numbers and sizes in the mesentery of ileocecum.Conclusion Acute suppurative appendicitis has characteristic manifestations on CT,and CT is of great value in preoperative diagnosis.
