摘要
档案管理工作作为高校教育管理工作中的重要组成部分,不仅能够体现学校的管理质量,同时能体现高校的管理能力,全面展示高校发展的管理业绩。分析大数据背景下高校档案管理信息化的意义和高校档案管理信息化过程中存在的问题,提出实现高校档案管理信息化的有效策略。高校档案管理工作必须根据时代发展的需要不断提升管理水平,全面发挥档案管理工作的作用。
As the important part of education management in colleges and universities,archives management can not only reflect the management quality,but also reflect the management ability,and comprehensively perform the management performance during development.The paper analyzes the significance and problems of archives management of informatization of archives management in colleges and universities,and proposes the effective strategy of achieving archives management in colleges and universities.Archives management in colleges and universities should improve management level according to the requirement of the era,and fully play the role of archives management.
