摘要
以长春汽车工业高等专科学校为例,对高职院校顶岗实习信息化管理与运行模式进行研究。顶岗实习管理存在的问题主要有组织管理工作琐碎,过程管理效果不佳,多方管理配合度不够。通过工学云实习服务平台对顶岗实习的信息化管理与运行模式进行分析,介绍了顶岗实习实现信息化管理的重要意义。工学云实习服务平台能够从实习方案、实习分配、实习企业信息、实习过程性跟踪、实习评价等方面对学生进行全面掌控与持续性管理,能够满足高职院校顶岗实习信息化管理的实际需求。
Through taking Changchun Automobile Industry Institute as an example,the paper researches informatization management and operation model of substituted post internship of higher vocational colleges.There are problems,such as the trivial organization management,ineffective process management and not enough cooperation among different parts.Through the work and study cloud internship service platform on the informatization management and operation model of substituted post internship,the paper introduces the important significance.Work and study cloud internship service platform can comprehensively grasp and continuously manage students from the following aspects,such as internship scheme,distribution,enterprise information,progress track and evaluation,and can satisfy the practical demand of informatization mangement of substituted post internship of higher vocational colleges.
