摘要
王孟清教授结合小儿体质特点,立足于痰邪之标,分期辨治小儿喘息性疾病,发作期主调气,持续期重祛痰,缓解期调脏腑,注重气血同治,并配伍虫类药以起沉疴、疗顽疾,临床效佳。附验案1则,以资验证。
Professor WANG Mengqing differentially treats pediatric asthmatic diseases by stages,based on the pathogenic factor of phlegm as the branch,combined with the constitutional characteristics of children.In the attack stage,he focuses on regulating qi;in the duration stage,he values eliminating phlegm;and in the remission stage he regulates viscera.He attaches importance to the simultaneous treatment of qi and blood,in combination with the medicinal insects to heal the severe and stubborn disease,and cure the chronic disease,which has achieved better clinical effects.One proved case is attached for verification.
