摘要
目的:分析胸痛中心云端护理管理网在ST段抬高急性心肌梗死(STEMI)患者中的应用效果。方法:将2017年6月至2018年6月通过胸痛中心入院的STEMI患者148例随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上应用云端护理管理网,比较两组患者急诊抢救成功率78.30%提高到93.20%,再入院率55.20%降低到21.70%,患者护理满意度出院时(93.81±0.60)分提高到(98.66±0.89)分、出院三个月时(93.65±1.63)分提高到(97.64±2.62)分、出院6个月护理满意度(92.68±2.32)分提高到(96.68±3.22)分和急救过程中首份心电图时间(8.90±1.70)min缩短至(7.70±1.30)min,急诊停留时间由(58.43±3.68)min降低到(30.83±5.62)min,肌钙蛋白完成时间(56.15±24.31)min缩短至(20.72±5.34)min。结果:患者抢救成功率、护理满意度,急救过程中诊疗时间、再入院率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用胸痛中心云端护理管理网有助于提高病人的抢救成功率、缩短急救过程中诊疗时间、降低再入院率,提高患者护理满意度和生活质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of cloud nursing management network of chest pain center in patients with acute myocardial infarction promoted by ST segment. Methods: 148 cases of STEMI patients admitted to the chest pain center from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine nursing care. On this basis, the experimental group applied cloud nursing management network to compare the success rate of emergency rescue of the two groups, which was 78.30% to 93.20%, and the readmission rate was 55.20% to 21.70%. Patients’ satisfaction with the care of the patients increased from(93.81±0.60) to(98.66±0.89), from(93.65±1.63) to(97.64±2.62), from(92.68±2.32) to(96.68±3.22), and from(8.90±1.70) to(7.70 ±1.30) minutes during first aid. The duration of emergency stay(58.43±3.68) decreased to(30.83±5.62) and troponin(56.15±4.31) decreased to(20.72±5.34). Results: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the success rate of rescue, nursing satisfaction, diagnosis and treatment time and readmission rate during first aid(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the cloud nursing management network in chest pain center can help to improve the success rate of patients’ rescue, shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment in the first aid process, reduce the readmission rate, and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
