摘要
智能变电站的网络拓扑及二次回路信息都整合在全站SCD文件中,对电网用户来说是封闭的"黑匣子",不利于日常运维检修。依照Q/GDW 1396—2012和Q/GDW 1429—2012这两项技术标准,对SCD文件中的网络拓扑和虚端子连接进行"逆向解析"。以网络连接和虚端子图形化展示为研究和切入点,研制了一款智能变电站网络拓扑和虚端子可视化仪器,将抽象化的SCD文件按照传统图纸习惯展现给用户,极大方便用户掌握全站网络拓扑和虚端子连接方式,满足了电力用户运行维护的实际需求。
The network topology and secondary loop information of intelligent substations,integrated into the SCD file of the whole station,is a closed"black box"for power grid users,and that is not conducive to daily operation and maintenance.According to technical standards Q/GDW 1396-2012 and Q/GDW 1429-2012,"reverse resolution"of network topology and virtual terminal connection in the SCD files was completed,and taking graphical display of network connection and virtual terminal as breakthrough point,a visualization instrument for network topology and virtual terminals of intelligent substation was developed.The instrument displayed abstract SCD files to users in the form of traditional drawings and enabled users to understand the network topology and virtual terminal connection mode of the whole station,thus satisfying actual operation and maintenance requirement on the user side.
