摘要
目的探讨中药饮片处方调剂时易混淆品种鉴别方法。方法选择2018年1月开出的280张中药饮片处方,探讨其中发生中药饮片处方调剂差错的概率,并总结分析易混淆中药饮片的种类,探讨其有效的鉴别方法。结果在280张中药饮片处方调剂时,发生差错的有5张,差错率为1.79%,包括根及根茎类2张、茎木类1张、皮类1张、果实种子类1张。结论对于容易混淆的中药饮片,可从科属、性状等多方面对其进行鉴别,并在实践中不断总结有效的中药饮片鉴定方法,减少出现中药饮片处方调剂时混淆事件,避免给患者身心健康造成威胁,为其提供更好的药学服务。
Objective To explore the method of identifying varieties easily confused when dispensing traditional Chinese medicine tablets.Methods 280 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine tablets were selected as the research object in January 2018,and the probability of prescription dispensing errors was discussed.Results There were 5 cases of errors,including 2 cases of root and root,1 case of stem and wood,1 case of skin and 1 case of fruit seed.Conclusion For the easily confused Chinese medicine pieces,it can be from the family,characters and so on in order to reduce the confusion of prescription dispensing,avoid the threat to the patient’s physical and mental health and provide better pharmaceutical service.
