摘要 在石油炼制过程中,必然会产生大量的热,这些多余的热量如果排除不畅将会造成其他严重问题,于是将循环冷却水系统应用其中,能够降低石油炼制过程中的温度。循环冷却水系统能够将水进行循环利用,从而符合当前节能环保的理念,但是在应用过程中容易产生结垢现象,当垢量达到一定程度之后会影响降温效果,还会增加系统的耗电量,所以急需能够对结垢进行控制。文章首先对循环冷却水系统的工作原理进行分析,然后再分析当前循环冷却水系统在应用过程中的问题,通过总结发现结垢问题属于主要问题,于是文章将使用文献研究的方式,总结了5种结垢控制方式。目的在于增强循环冷却水系统在石油炼制过程中的应用效果。 In the process of petroleum refining,a lot of heat will inevitably be generated.If this heat is not discharged,it will cause other serious problems.Therefore,the use of circulating cooling water systems can reduce the temperature during the petroleum refining process.The circulating cooling water system can recycle water,which is in line with the current energy-saving and environmental protection concept,but it is easy to produce scaling during the application process.When the scale reaches a certain level,it will affect the cooling effect and increase the power consumption of the system.So there is an urgent need to be able to control the scaling.Therefore,the paper first analyzes the working principle of the circulating cooling water system,and then analyzes the problems of the current circulating cooling water system in the application process.Through summary,it is found that the scaling problem is the main problem,so the paper will use the method of literature research to summarize five methods of scaling control.The purpose is to enhance the application effect of circulating cooling water system in petroleum refining process.
