基于重要度模型的教学装备保障资源分配方法

摘要 为了实现对教学装备保障资源分配的优先性排序,从不同角度提出了教学装备的三种重要度模型,并给出了相关定义。其中,概率重要度反映了单元故障概率变化对系统故障概率变化的影响程度,相对重要度则反映了单元维修的难易程度,但是这两种模型计算的前提条件是单元故障率函数已知,在实际工作中难以满足。为此,进一步从系统功能结构角度提出了结构重要度,反映各个单元在系统结构中所处位置的重要程度,而不依赖于单元故障率函数。实例计算分析结果证明:该方法具有实用性和可行性。 Three importance degree models of teaching equipment are put forward from different angles,and the definition is given to achieve priority ranking of teaching equipment support resource allocation.Among them,the probability importance degree reflects the influence degree of unit failure probability change on the system failure probability changes,whereas the relative importance degree reflects the degree of difficulty of unit maintenance.But the prerequisite for the two computations is the known unit failure rate function,which is often difficult to meet in practical work.For this reason,the importance degree of structure is further presented from the perspective of system function and structure,which reflects the importance of each element in the system structure,independent of failure rate function.The results of an example calculation and analysis prove the practicability and feasibility of the method.
