摘要
目的研究易母康治疗奶水牛子宫内膜炎的效果。方法试验选用60头产后患病成年奶水牛,随机择成3个组,每组20头,分别采用A组易母康(益母生化合剂)、B组宫炎洁(氧氟沙星)、C组生理盐水治疗,对比3组临床疗效。结果经过治疗临床效果显示,A、B组治疗效果较C组显著差异(P<0.05);其中,A组易母康治疗效果较B组宫炎洁明显。结论经过治疗观察效果显示,A、B组均能提高奶水牛子宫内膜炎治愈率,但易母康较宫炎洁治疗效果好。易母康目前在奶水牛生产上应用较少,易母康是一种中药益母生化合剂具有疗效好、便于稀释等优点,是目前较经济和常用的治疗方式之一。
Objective:to analyze the effect of yi mukang in the treatment of milk buffalo endometritis.Methods:in this study,60 postpartum sick adult milk buffalo were randomly selected into 3 groups,20 in each group,and treated with yimu kang(yimu biochemical mixture)in group A,miyanjiji(ofloxacin)in group B,and normal saline in group C,respectively,to compare the clinical efficacy of the 3 groups.Results:the clinical effect of treatment showed that the treatment effect of group A and group B was significantly different from that of group C(P<0.05).Among them,the treatment effect of group A was more obvious than that of group B.Conclusion:the curative effect of treatment showed that both group A and group B could improve the cure rate of milk buffalo endometritis,but the curative effect of yi mukang was better than that of gong yan jie.Yimukang is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine yimukang biochemical mixture,which has the advantages of good curative effect and easy dilution.It is one of the economical and common treatment methods.
