摘要
目的观察长蛇灸疗法对心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的治疗效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月收治的CFS患者60例,分成观察组、对照组,每组30例。观察组采用长蛇灸疗法,而对照组采用口服归脾丸治疗,参照国际公认的疲劳量表(FS-14)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)指标,对比2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗前FS-14、SDS、SAS评分差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),而2组治疗后FS-14、SDS、SAS相较于治疗前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组总有效率分别为93.33%和76.67%,治疗后观察组比对照组临床效果更佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与口服归脾丸相比,长蛇灸治疗心脾两虚型CFS疗效显著,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of long snake-like moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods 60 patients were selected from the outpatient department and related wards of our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019,and the 60 patients meeting CFS were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with long snake-like moxibustion,while the control group was treated with Guipi pills orally.The internationally recognized fatigue scale(FS-14),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used as the observation indicators in this study to compare their clinical efficacy.Results Fs-14,SDS and SAS were scored before and after treatment,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33%and 76.67%,respectively.Conclusion Compared with the oral administration of Guipi pill,the long snake-like moxibustion is effective in treating chronic fatigue syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen.
