火箭弹小型化头罩抛罩技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着作战目标多样性及打击精度需求的提升,红外、可见光导引头技术也日益广泛地应用于火箭弹上。在运载火箭及尺寸较大的导弹上均采用了相应的抛罩技术,这些抛罩方案一般结构尺寸较大,但由于受火箭弹结构尺寸小及成本的限制,上述大型抛罩方案并不能完全适应火箭弹,小型化抛罩技术需求迫切。常见的头罩分离方式有分瓣式、破碎式及整体式抛罩,通过研究现有抛罩技术方案,结合火箭弹平台的特点,提出了一种小型化抛罩技术方案,该方案充分利用推销类火工装置做功能力大、做功行程可控且没有额外飞溅产物的特点,设计出结构相对小巧、简单、成本可控的抛罩系统,经仿真计算及地面抛罩试验证明,该抛罩方案合理可行,为口径较小的火箭弹提供了一种可行的头罩抛离技术途径。 With the diversity of combat targets and the improvement of strike precision requirements,infrared and visible light seeker technology was increasingly widely used in rockets.Both launch vehicles and missiles with larger sizes adopted corresponding casting technology,these casting schemes generally had larger structural sizes.However,due to the limitation of small structural size and cost of rockets,the above-mentioned large casting schemes cannot fully adapt to rockets,and the demand for miniaturized casting technology was urgent.Common ways of separating shroud included split,broken and integral throwing shroud.Through studying the existing throwing shroud technical scheme and combining it with the characteristics of rocket platforms,a miniaturized throwing shroud technical scheme was proposed.The scheme made full use of the characteristics of the sales promotion pyrotechnic device such as large functional force,controllable work stroke and no additional splash products,and designed a throwing shroud system with relatively small structure,simple structure and controllable cost.The simulation calculation and ground throwing shroud test proved that the throwing shroud scheme was reasonable and feasible,it provided a feasible throwing shroud technical way for rockets with smaller caliber.
