常压页岩气井早期泡沫排水采气研究 被引量:3

Research on Foam Drainage for Gas Production at Early Stage in Normal Pressure Shale Gas Wells

摘要 南川页岩气田平桥南区块为常压页岩气田,由于投产初期地层压力和日产气量相对较低,气井在生产一段时间后日产气量低于临界携液流量,井筒开始出现积液,需采取低成本泡沫排水采气措施才能连续生产。研究表明:区内气井采出水以压裂返排液为主,选用起泡能力强、携液量大、耐高矿化度水质的XHY-4M型液体起泡剂与采出水样配伍性好,加注浓度为气井日产水量的0.2%~0.3%携液效果最佳;XXP-1型消泡剂配伍性较好,有较强的破泡、抑泡能力,消泡剂与起泡剂的最佳比例为1∶1。对于积液严重井在泡排初期可提高起泡剂用量并辅以XHG-10E固体起泡剂。泡排注入方式采用低成本柱塞计量泵从井口注入,消泡剂在分离器入口连续注入。根据气井不同产液和压力特征,对于周期性出液井采用周期性泡排、大液量井采用大比例泡排、低压低产井采用连续泡排方式,在平桥南区块应用效果明显,措施有效率为94%。结论认为该泡排制度可以经济有效地清除井筒积液,保持气井连续稳定地生产,可以在南川页岩气田气井早期积液阶段推广使用。 The south Pingqiao block of Nanchuan shale gas field is a normal pressure one.Due to the relatively low formation pressure and daily gas production at early stage,the daily production rate of the gas wells is lower than the critical liquid carrying flow rate after a certain period of production,and liquid loading appears in the wellbore.Measures of foam drainage for gas production with low cost should be taken to continuously produce.The research shows that the produced water in the gas wells in the area is mainly fracturing flowback fluid,the type XHY-4M foaming agent with strong foaming ability,large liquid carrying capacity and high salinity water quality is well compatible with the produced water sample,when the injection concentration is 0.2%-0.3% of the daily water production of the gas wells,the effect of the liquid carrying is the best;the type XXP-1 defoamer has good compatibility,strong foam breaking and foam inhibiting ability,and the best ratio of foaming agent and defoamer is 1 ∶1.At early stage of foam drainage,the dosage of foaming agent may be increased and XHG-10E solid foaming agent should be supplemented for the wells with more liquid loading.The low-cost plunger metering pump is used for foam injection from the wellhead,and the defoamer is continuously injected at the inlet of the separator.According to different fluid production and pressure characteristics of the gas wells,periodic foam drainage is adopted for periodic production wells,large proportion foam drainage is adopted for large liquid volume wells,and continuous foam drainage is adopted for low pressure and low production wells.The application effect is obvious in south Pingqiao block,and 94% of measures are effective.It is concluded that the foam drainage system can effectively remove the liquid loading in the wellbore and maintain the continuous and stable production of the gas wells,and it can be widely used in the early stage of liquid loading of the shale gas wells in the Nanchuan shale gas field.
