摘要
全球能源实行绿色、低碳、可持续发展,我国以化石能源为主的消费结构已不适于经济和社会发展的需求,清洁化、低碳化、高效化、智能化将成为我国能源转型发展的方向。在国家能源革命战略和电力体制改革的推动和引领下,综合智慧能源作为具有综合属性和智慧属性的能源新业态悄然兴起。以电为核心,满足终端客户多元化的能源需求,在充分调研和评估当地资源禀赋和用户负荷特性的基础上,综合考虑能源生产、传输、存储、消费各个环节,利用智能化的技术手段实现能源供给与消费的有机协调和优化组合。最大限度地利用可再生能源,在能源生产上以清洁能源替代化石能源,走清洁低碳的绿色发展之路;在能源消费上最大限度提高利用效率,促进清洁能源的消纳和利用,逐步实现我国以化石能源为主的能源消费结构向以清洁能源为主、化石能源为辅的转变,从而降低碳排放量。综合智慧能源将在我国能源产业的低碳发展,促进能源领域转型升级中发挥至关重要的作用。
Green,low-carbon,and sustainable development of energy is promoted worldwide.China′s fossil energy based consumption structure is no longer suitable for the needs of economic and social development.Clean,low-carbon,efficient and intelligent energy will become the direction of China′s energy transformation and development.Promoted and guided by the national energy revolution strategy and power system reform,integrated smart energy has emerged as a new energy format with comprehensive attributes and smart attributes.Taking electricity as the core,the diversified energy needs of end users should be met.All the aspects of energy production,transmission,storage and consumption should be comprehensively considered on the basis of fully investigating and evaluating local resource endowments and the load characteristics of users.Intelligent technical means should be used to achieve the organic coordination and optimization of energy supply and consumption.The use of renewable energy should be maximized,and in energy production,fossil energy should be replaced with clean energy,so as to promote the green and low-carbon development of energy.In energy consumption,the energy use efficiency should be maximized,the consumption and use of clean energy should be promoted,and China′s fossil energy based consumption structure should be gradually transformed into a structure dominated by clean energy and supplemented by fossil energy,thus reducing carbon emissions.Comprehensive smart energy will play a vital role in the low-carbon development of China′s energy industry and the transformation and upgrading of the energy sector.
