摘要
再生有色金属冶炼排出的低浓度SO2烟气因其成分复杂,经济处理尤为困难。以某危险固体废弃物铅资源再生项目为例,叙述了该冶炼烟气全产精制硫酸的工艺原理、工艺流程、主要设备配置,电气自动化控制、主要经济技术指标,并简要分析了提高SO2浓度进行低温冷冻脱水生产精制硫酸工艺存在的主要问题。
The low concentration SO2 smelter gas from the regenerated non-ferrous smelter,due to its complex components,is difficult to treat economically. Taking the example of regenerating lead from the hazardous solid waste,the process principle,process flow,equipment configuration,electrical and instrumentation,and key economic and technical figures for the production of purified sulphuric acid from smelter gas are described. And key issues in the production of purified sulphuric acid through low-temperature chilled dewatering by increasing the SO2 concentration are analyzed.
