摘要
因HPLC模块厂家多,方案多种多样.HPLC模块通信频率频点不同,芯片性能参差不齐,导致各厂家HPLC模块通信信号和通信协议在识别上存在难度.HPLC信号的精准识别和互联互通存在困难,因此开展对HPLC通信信号自动调制识别方法的设计研究:通过HPLC通信信号参数设定及归一化处理,统一信号数据类型;基于深度学习算法提取HPLC通信信号中的隐含特征;通过隐含特征到调制识别目标映射,实现对信号的自动调制识别.实验证明,HPLC通信信号的识别准确度和通信协议兼容性明显提升,为通信信号调制识别领域的方法创新提供了理论依据.
Due to the large number of HPLC module manufacturers,various solutions,different HPLC module communication frequency and frequency,and uneven chip performance,leading to difficulties in the identification of HPLC module communication signals and communication protocols of various manufacturers,accurate identification of HPLC signals and interconnection Difficulties,therefore,to carry out research on the design of HPLC communication signal automatic modulation recognition method.Unify the signal data types through HPLC communication signal parameter setting and normalization processing;and extract the hidden features in the HPLC communication signal based on the deep learning algorithm;finally,through the hidden features to the modulation recognition target mapping,the automatic signal Modulation recognition.The experiment proves that the recognition accuracy of HPLC communication signals and the compatibility of communication protocols are significantly improved,which provides a theoretical basis for method innovation in the field of communication signal modulation and recognition.
