摘要
目的研究术中积极保暖护理对产妇剖宫产术后低体温现象和体核温度的影响。方法选取80例剖宫产术中发生低体温现象的产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组产妇术中给予常规保暖护理,观察组产妇术中给予暖风机和加温输液等积极保暖护理。比较两组产妇体核温度、产后出血量、产后首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组产妇术后不同时间点体核温度均高于对照组(P<0.01),产后出血量少于对照组,产后首次下床、肛门排气及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),对护理工作的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术中积极保暖护理能有效提高剖宫产术后产妇的体核温度,促进产妇术后机体康复,且产妇对护理工作的满意度高。
Objective To study the effect of active intraoperative warm nursing on hypothermia and body core temperature after maternal cesarean section.Methods A total of eighty women with hypothermia during cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups with forty cases each.The control group was given routine thermal care during surgery,and the observation group was given active thermal care measures during surgery,such as heaters and warming infusions.The body core temperature,postpartum haemorrhage,postpartum time of first getting out of bed,anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The body core temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at different time after operation(P<0.01),the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that of the control group,and the first time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the operation,intraoperative active warm nursing can effectively improve the nuclear temperature and promote the body recovery after cesarean section,and promote the satisfaction with maternal nursing work.
