PD1/PDL1 signaling pathway in liver metastasis from colorectal cancer

摘要 PD1/PDL1信号通路是肿瘤免疫治疗的热点,其在肿瘤发展及转移中扮演着十分重要的角色,PD1/PDL1信号通路一旦激活,可向细胞内传递负性调控信号,降低免疫系统对肿瘤细胞的识别能力,提升肿瘤存活率并促进其转移。阻断该通路可以激发人体自身的免疫系统活力来抑制肿瘤细胞的发展与转移。本文就PD1/PDL1信号通路在结直肠癌肝转移患者中的研究进展做一综述。
