摘要
食物中毒是患者食用了被细菌感染或者本身有毒的食物,而引发的急性食物中毒症状。近年来,餐饮业关于食物中毒的投诉举报屡见不鲜。消费者如果不小心食用了有毒的食物或者变质的食物,会引发急性或亚急性疾病,严重时还会危及生命。本文就餐饮服务业常见的食物中毒问题,提出有效的预防措施,从而提供有效参考。
Food poisoning is a kind of acute food poisoning symptom caused by the patient eating the food infected by bacteria or poisoned by itself. In recent years, it is common for consumers in the catering industry to complain about food poisoning. If consumers accidentally eat toxic food or deteriorated food, it will cause acute or subacute diseases, which may be life-threatening in serious cases. In this paper, the common food poisoning phenomenon in catering service industry, put forward effective preventive measures, so as to provide effective reference.
