摘要
为评价烧结脱硫灰在沥青路面中的适用性,推动烧结脱硫灰处置问题的解决与生态环境的保护,采用X射线荧光光谱仪和X射线衍射仪获得烧结脱硫灰主要元素和物相组成,从0%,50%,100%3种脱硫灰替代矿粉比例出发,研究复合填料、沥青混合料基本指标和路用性能。结果表明,脱硫灰的掺入可一定程度上提高沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力,但水稳定性能有所降低,总体仍能满足沥青混合料路用要求。
In order to evaluate the applicability of sinter desulphurization ash in asphalt pavement and promote the solution of desulphurization ash disposal problem and the protection of ecological environment,the main elements and phase composition of sinter desulphurization ash were obtained by X ray fluorescence spectrometer and X ray diffractometer.The basic indexes and road performance of composite filler and asphalt mixture were studied based on the proportion of 0%,50%and 100%of desulfurized ash replacing mineral powder.According to the results,the addition of desulphurized ash can improve the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture at high temperature to some extent,but the water stability is reduced,which can still meet the road requirements of asphalt mixture.
