摘要
水性3wet汽车原厂涂料区别于传统水性涂料是在涂布工艺上采用中涂不烘干,只进行预烘烤,喷涂色漆和清漆后,整体一次烘干的涂料涂布工艺。水性3wet原厂涂料漆膜附着力、耐石击等机械性能优异,客户端施工方便节能,但同时因为各涂层间是湿碰湿,影响外观的因素增多,各涂层间溶剂树脂易相互影响,对外观的挑战比较大。以一款灰色金属漆为主体,采用混料DOE的试验方法结合流变数据来平衡配方内溶剂比例;同时研究了聚氨酯树脂的含量对色漆外观的影响,确定了配方内合适的聚氨酯含量。
Water-borne 3wet OEM coating is applied by spraying base coat on wet primer and baking with clear coat after pre-baking of base coat which is different with conversional water-borne coating application process which’s primer is totally baked.While WB 3wet coating shows good mechanical performance for example adhesion and stone chip and energy saved in automobile factory it brings more challenge on appearance because“wet on wet”application process.This report studied solvent and PUR effects on appearance of a grey metallic base coat.Solvent study applied mixture DOE method which can be used in similar formula studies forward.
