服役后大豆基天然酯变压器与矿物油变压器解体对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 天然酯变压器近年来在国内得到了快速推广应用,我国最早一批约100台大豆基天然酯配电变压器于2011年在陕西投运。本文选取服役年限相近的10 kV/200 kVA天然酯变压器与矿物油变压器各一台进行退役解体对比分析,研究服役天然酯变压器的绝缘状态。结果表明:服役7年后变压器中天然酯的理化性能均满足DL/T 1360—2014标准规定的合格值要求,矿物油也仅倾点高于合格值。退役后天然酯变压器中的纤维素纸聚合度高于矿物油变压器中纤维素纸聚合度,且矿物油浸渍纤维素纸的平均含水量是天然酯浸渍纤维素纸的2.5倍。在历史最高的1.57倍额定负载下,天然酯配电变压器良好运行。通过对9台在运的天然酯变压器取油样,参照IEEE C57.155-2014进行油中溶解气体分析,其中4台超过该标准中90%的天然酯变压器油中溶解气体含量,表明可能存在低于300℃的潜伏低温过热缺陷。 In recent years,natural ester transformers have been rapidly applied in China,and the first batch of about 100 soybean based natural ester distribution transformers were put into operation in Shaanxi in 2011.A 10 kV/200 kVA natural ester transformer and a 10 kV/200 kVA mineral oil transformer with the same service years were disintegrated and analyzed to study the insulation state of natural ester transformer in service.The results show that after 7 years of service,the physical and chemical properties of natural ester in transformer can meet the requirements of DL/T 1360—2014 standard,only the pour point of mineral oil is higher than the qualified value.After service,the polymerization degree of cellulose paper in natural ester transformer is higher than that of cellulose paper in mineral oil transformer,and the average moisture content of cellulose paper in mineral oil is 2.5 times higher than that of cellulose paper in natural esters.Under the record highest load of 1.57 times rated load,the natural ester distribution transformer can operates well.According to IEEE C57.155,the dissolved gas contents in oil of 9 natural ester transformers in service were analyzed.The results show that the dissolved gas contents in oil of 4 natural ester transformers exceeds 90%of dissolved gas content statistic in natural ester transformer in the standard,which indicates that there may be latent low-temperature overheating defects below 300℃.
