摘要
目的比较高良姜素对不同肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法检测不同浓度高良姜素对7种肿瘤细胞(MCF-7、A549、MGC-803、PC-3、A875、Hela、HepG-2)的增殖抑制作用。结果高良姜素对7种肿瘤细胞均有不同程度的抑制作用,最敏感的肿瘤细胞为MCF-7,24 h与48 h的IC_(50)为38.76 μmol/L、20.43 μmol/L,其次为HepG-2、MGC-803、A549、Hela、PC-3,敏感度较差的为A875,48 h的IC_(50)为161.25 μmol/L。结论高良姜素具有较为广谱的抗肿瘤作用,对不同的肿瘤细胞抑制作用不同,这种抑制作用呈现出了时间与浓度依赖性。
Objective To compare the inhibitory effects of galangin on different tumor cells.Methods The effect of different concentrations galangin on inhibiting tumer cellls(MCF-7,A549,MGC-803,PC-3,A875,Hela,HepG-2)proliferation was determined by MTT assay.Resilts Galangin could inhibited the proliferation of tumor cells in varying degrees,and the most sensitive cancer cell is MCF-7,and the IC50 at 24 h was 38.76μmol/L and that at 48 h was 20.43μmol/L,followed by HepG-2,MGC-803,A549,Hela,PC-3,and the last one is A875,the IC50 at 48 h was 161.25μmol/L.Conclusion Galangin has a broad-spectrum anti-tumor effect and has different inhibitory effects on different tumor cells.This inhibition is time-and concentration-dependent.
