摘要
目的探讨细节管理联合环节控制用于神经外科住院患者医院感染管理中的效果。方法惠州市第三人民医院神经外科于2018年7月实施细节管理联合环节控制,选择2018年1月—6月接受常规护理管理的40例住院患者作为对照组,另选2018年7月—12月接受细节管理联合环节控制管理的40例住院患者作为观察组。记录两组实施管理后医院感染情况,并对比两组管理后的住院费用、住院时间及护理质量,同期调查两组护理满意度。结果观察组患者的感染总发生率7.50%(3/40)与对照组20.00%(8/40)相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院费用及时间均低于对照组,且护理质量评分与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为95.00%(38/40)高于对照组72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对神经外科住院患者实施细节管理联合环节控制,可有效促进患者康复,降低感染发生率,提高管理质量,患者满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of detail management combined with link control in nosocomial infection management of Neurosurgery inpatients.Methods Neurosurgery department of the hospital implemented the joint link control of detail management in July,2018.40 inpatients who received routine nursing management in the hospital from January to June,2018 were selected as the control group,and 40 inpatients who received the joint link control of detail management in the hospital from July to December,2018 were selected as the observation group.The hospital infection after the implementation of management in the two groups was recorded,the hospitalization cost,hospitalization time and nursing quality of the two groups were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups at the same time was investigated.Results The total incidence of infection was 7.50%(3/40)in the observation group and 20.00%(8/40)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of detail management and link control for neurosurgery inpatients can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the incidence of infection,improve the quality of management,and improve patient satisfaction.
