摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患者中诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比的相关性。方法选取40例稳定期支气管哮喘患者作为观察Ⅰ组,30例急性发作期支气管哮喘患者作为观察Ⅱ组,40例健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组研究对象诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比,观察支气管哮喘患者诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比的相关性。结果观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(5.7±0.8)%、(5.8±0.9)%和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(6.3±1.1)%、(6.6±1.7)%均高于对照组的(2.3±0.5)%、(2.5±0.6)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比呈正相关(r=0.430、0.587,P<0.05)。结论观察诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比,对于评估哮喘病情、调整治疗方案具有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the correlation of eosinophils percentage in induced sputum and peripheral blood in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods There were 40 patients with bronchial asthma in stable stage as observation groupⅠ,30 patients with bronchial asthma in acute attack stage as observation groupⅡ,and 40 healthy examinees as the control group.The eosinophils percentage in induced sputum and peripheral blood of the three groups was compared.The correlation of eosinophils percentage in induced sputum and peripheral blood in patients with bronchial asthma was observed.Results The eosinophils percentage in induced sputum of observation groupⅠand observation groupⅡwere(5.7±0.8)%and(5.8±0.9)%,and eosinophils percentage in peripheral blood were(6.3±1.1)%and(6.6±1.7)%,which were all higher than those of the control group(2.3±0.5)%and(2.5±0.6)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in eosinophils percentage in induced sputum and peripheral blood between observation groupⅠand observation groupⅡ(P>0.05).The eosinophils percentage in induced sputum in observation groupⅠand observation groupⅡwas positively correlated with eosinophils percentage in peripheral blood(r=0.430,0.587,P<0.05).Conclusion Observing eosinophils percentage in induced sputum and peripheral blood eosinophils is of great significance for assessing the condition of asthma and adjusting treatment.
