摘要
基于宏达矿12701工作面煤层赋存和地质条件,结合煤矿综采工作面"三机"选型的基本原则对12701工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机进行计算选型,同时兼顾矿井其他煤层的开采,对工作面进行科学、合理的设备配套,确保功能上相互匹配、相互协调,实现设备与客观条件的最佳匹配,达到运行最佳工况状态,保障工作面达到高产高效。
Based on the coal seam occurrence and geological conditions of 12701 coal face in Hongda Mine, combined with the basic principle of three machines selection of coal face in fully mechanized coal mine, the coal mining machine, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor in 12701 face are calculated and selected,At the same time, taking into account the mining of other coal seams in the mine, the scientific and reasonable equipment matching of the working face is carried out to ensure the mutual matching and coordination of the functions, to realize the best matching of the equipment and the objective conditions, to achieve the best working condition and to ensure the high yield and high efficiency of the working face.
