摘要
目的分析中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液并发症发生的危险因素与护理对策。方法随机选取2017年10月至2019年10月我院收治的中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液患者96例,问卷调查患者的一般资料和并发症发生率,分析发生中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液并发症的独立影响因素。结果并发症发生率为12.50%(12例),其中导管相关性感染3例,导管脱落3例,复张性肺水肿2例,导管堵塞4例。对相关数据进行统计学处理显示,合并基础病、置管时间、护理人员年资及管道维护均为中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液患者并发症发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论合并有基础疾病、置管时间长、护理人员年资低及管道维护不当均为中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液患者并发症发生的独立危险因素,要高度警惕,加强防范,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the risk factors for the occurrence of complications during the process of the central venous catheter drainage for pleural effusion and its nursing countermeasures.Methods To randomly select 96 cases of patients who underwent central venous catheter drainage for pleural effusion admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019.A questionnaire was used to survey the general information of patients and the incidence rate of complications,and analyze the independent influencing factors of complications during the process of the central venous catheter drainage for pleural effusion.Results The complication rate was 12.50%(12 cases),including 3 cases of catheter-related infection,3 cases of catheter shedding,2 cases of reexpansion pulmonary edema,and 4 cases of catheter blockage.The statistical processing of the relevant data showed that the combined underlying diseases,catheterization time,seniority of nursing staff,and maintenance of pipeline were the independent risk factors for complications in patients with central venous catheter drainage for pleural effusion(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined underlying diseases,long catheterization time,low seniorty nursing staff,and improper maintenance of the pipeline were the independent risk factors for complications in patients with central venous catheter drainage for pleural effusion,they should maintain a strong vigilance and strengthen precautions,and reduce the incidence of complications.
