摘要
目的探讨不同时机纤支镜对支原体肺炎患儿血气指标和炎症水平的影响。方法选择本院2019年5月至2019年10月收治的64例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组给予早期纤支镜治疗,对照组给予晚期纤支镜治疗。1周后,观察两组患儿治疗效果、血气指标及炎性反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及pH值较对照组高,动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论早期纤支镜治疗小儿支原体肺炎可提高临床效果,改善血气水平及炎性反应。
Objective To explore the effects of bronchoscopy at different times on blood gas and inflammation levels in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Sixty-four children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from May 2019 to October 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The observation group was given early bronchoscopic treatment and the control group was given advanced bronchoscopic treatment. After 1 week, the treatment effect, blood gas index and inflammatory response of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO2) and pH of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Serum amyloid A(SAA), interleukin-6(IL-6), and interleukin-10(IL-10) levels were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early bronchoscopy for mycoplasma pneumonia in children can improve clinical effect, improve blood gas level and inflammatory response.
