摘要
新时期,税务机关在科学发展理念的指导下,大力推进节约型税务机关的全面建设,为建设环境友好、资源节约的现代社会提供了有力的支撑。文章指出,为在税务机关后勤管理工作中,有效落实节能减排的建设目标,机关单位应在加强设备管理、做好资源配置工作的基础上,依照单位发展实际情况,合理降低能源损耗,逐步完善节能管理规范机制,在税务单位内部建立起现代化、长效性的节能控制体系。
In the new era,under the guidance of scientific development concept,taxation units have vigorously promoted the overall construction of conservation-oriented taxation authorities,providing strong support for the construction of an environment-friendly and resource-saving modern society.The paper points out that in order to effectively implement the construction goals of energy conservation and emission reduction in the logistics management of tax authorities,authority units should reasonably reduce energy consumption and improve the energy-saving management standard mechanism step by step base on strengthening equipment management and doing well in the allocation of resources,and establish a modern and long-term energy-saving control system within the taxation units.
