摘要
发展众创空间是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、引领高质量"双创"新趋势的必然要求,金融支持则是推动众创空间发展的重要力量。文章以安徽省为例,深入解析众创空间发展及其金融支持的现状及问题,基于模糊综合评价法、改进型层次分析法和熵权法等方法,从金融支持结构、金融支持效果和金融支持环境三个维度构建金融支持众创空间发展的评价指标体系。结果表明,安徽省金融支持众创空间发展的能力总体上处于"较好"等级,金融支持结构和金融支持环境处于"较好"等级,而金融支持效果处于"一般"等级。因此,安徽省应创新金融支持众创空间发展的政策体制,疏通金融资本助力众创空间发展的传导机制,提高金融支持效果。
Developing the CIS is an inevitable requirements for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and lead the new trend of high-quality"business startups and innovation".Financial support is an important power to promote the development of the CIS.Taking Anhui province as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the status quo,problems of the development of the CIS and its financial support.Based on the fuzzy integrated evaluation,improved analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of financial support for the development of the CIS from the three dimensions of financial support structure,financial support effect and financial support environment.The results show that the ability of financial support to the development of the CIS is in a"good"level,the financial support structure and the financial support environment is in a"good"level,and the financial support effect is in a"general"level.Therefore,Anhui province should innovate the policy system of finance supporting the development of the CIS,dredge the transmission mechanism of financial capital assisting the development of the CIS,and improve the effect of financial support.
